Ford, Honda, BMW create EV grid services company, ChargeScape

LONDON, Sept 13 — BMW, Ford and Honda subsidiary American Honda Motor on Tuesday announced a deal to create ChargeScape, an equally-owned company that will create a single, cost-effective platform connecting electric utilities, automakers, and EV customers.
